The Highlands County Clerk of Courts has the following positions available at this time:
SERVICE DESK OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Provide Information Technology (IT) Service Desk support to both users and external customers. This position will receive, document, and track all incoming user/customer calls, utilizing computer and database information to update incident status. This individual will serve as the single point of contact for incident reporting, providing users with a consistent experience when reporting incidents.
